Beata Nowak – HR Specialist at Axendi. Beata has gained experience both in Poland and abroad, and she began her journey at Axendi as a Customer Service Specialist. This background gives her a deep understanding of the company and the candidate experience. Today, she is responsible for recruiting multilingual roles and supporting our international team in Lublin. She is also actively involved in employer branding initiatives, showing what Axendi looks like “from the inside.”

Alicja Czubek – Employer Branding Specialist at Axendi. Alicja develops Axendi’s employer branding and communication activities. She is responsible for projects promoting the company’s image, social media content, and internal communication. She co-creates employee initiatives and campaigns that highlight Axendi as a modern and people-oriented workplace.
